What is included in the free trial?

Every plan starts with a full 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You get access to all features — email, calendar, tasks, contacts, and Flows automation — from day one.

How many devices can I use?

Both the Monthly and Annual plans support up to 5 devices simultaneously. If you reach the limit, Pantomime will show you a list of your registered devices so you can release one and continue on the new device.

Can I switch from Monthly to Annual?

Yes. You can switch from Monthly to Annual at any time — contact us at wecare@pantomime.app and we'll take care of it.

What is your refund policy?

Monthly plans are non-refundable. Annual plans are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase or renewal. See our Refund Policy for full details.

What happens when my trial ends?

You'll be prompted to subscribe to continue using Pantomime. Your data stays intact — nothing is deleted. You can subscribe at any time to restore full access.

How do I cancel?

Who handles payments?

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, invoices, VAT, and tax compliance globally so you don't have to worry about it.
